ShowingTour (showingtour.io) is a tool that helps real estate agents plan the driving order of property showings and share a live tour with their buyers. By using ShowingTour you agree to these terms.
ShowingTour plans routes from addresses you enter and estimates driving times using public routing and address services. Estimates are approximate and are not a substitute for checking traffic and conditions yourself. ShowingTour does not include MLS access, appointment booking, lockbox access, or payments, and it is not affiliated with ShowingTime, Zillow, Google, or Apple.
Agents may sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Buyers open tour links without an account. A tour link gives access to that tour, so share links only with the people the tour is for.
The addresses, notes, feedback, and photos you and your buyers add remain yours. You give ShowingTour permission to store and display that content as needed to run the service, including showing buyer feedback to the agent who owns the tour.
ShowingTour is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your tours safe, but we are not liable for missed appointments, routing errors, or losses that follow from using the service. Driving times, prices, and property details shown in the app come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continuing to use ShowingTour after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
